Major Roofing Specialists (“MRS”) is a customer-facing coordination platform that connects homeowners with independent roofing professionals and facilitates inspection requests, scheduling communications, and the exchange of information related to the roof replacement process.
MRS does not perform roofing work, construction services, repairs, or installations.
All roofing inspections, evaluations, repairs, and related services are performed by independent, third-party roofing contractors. These contractors are not employees, agents, joint venturers, or representatives of Major Roofing Specialists. Each contractor operates as an independent business and is solely responsible for its own work, pricing, warranties, permits, licensing, insurance, compliance with applicable laws, and performance of services.
While MRS may establish general eligibility requirements or standards for participation in its network, MRS does not supervise, direct, or control the day-to-day operations, work methods, or performance of services by independent contractors.
Any agreement for roofing services is entered into directly between the homeowner and the independent contractor. Major Roofing Specialists is not a party to, and does not guarantee, any contract, proposal, warranty, or agreement between a homeowner and a contractor.
Major Roofing Specialists makes no representations or warranties regarding the services provided by any independent contractor and shall not be liable for the acts, omissions, workmanship, delays, disputes, or outcomes related to services performed by third-party contractors.
Homeowners are encouraged to review all proposals, agreements, warranties, and documentation provided by contractors and to ask questions before authorizing any work.
By using this website or requesting a free roof inspection, you acknowledge and agree that Major Roofing Specialists’ role is limited as described above.
